Return Policy


  • All returns need to be within 30 days upon receiving the products.
  • All returns need to be in their original containers and under good condition.
  • No return will be accepted without prior obtaining RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Any non-manufacturing defect item will subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Ink'sMaster will not responsible for any shipping or handling charges.

  • Email to customer service at service@inksmaster.net with a brief description of the problem.
  • We will issue a RMA number with a simple returning instruction.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided on the returning instruction within 7 days upon receiving the RMA number.
  • Upon receiving the unit, we will credit your money back.
